Analyst impressions of Brazil and Colombia

Last week a group of international industry analysts visited São Paulo in Brazil and Bogotá in Colombia to explore how the customer experience company Teleperformance is operating in South America. In this video Daniel Hong, the lead analyst focused on customer interaction for Ovum gives his views on the hi-tech service centers he viewed in both Brazil and Colombia.
