Last week a group of international industry analysts visited São Paulo in Brazil and Bogotá in Colombia to explore how the customer experience company Teleperformance is operating in South America. In this video Peter Ryan, the practice lead for services outsourcing at Ovum, gives his feedback on what he saw in Brazil, including comments on:
- The Brazilian market being a leader in global customer experience
- The local population and demand creating significant change in customer expectations
- Brazilian consumers being very aware of social media and extensively using it to access brands
