ITD Research: Managing IT talent in Brazil

In this exclusive report, technology decision-makers in Brazil share their views around managing talent in the IT department.
One of the activities IT Decisions has carried out over the last 12 months is collaborative research under the IT Decisions Research Network. This high-level community members include a multitude of chief information and technology officers, chief operating officers as well as IT directors and heads of IT working in a variety of sectors across the country.
This is the second report carried out in partnership with these senior technology professionals, who told us about how they are managing their talent and mitigating the often discussed skills gap issue.
