ITD Research: Transforming delivery models

This crowdsourced research report presents the views of Brazilian leaders around changes in IT delivery models and how that affects their job.
Delivery methodologies for IT projects have existed since the dawn of the industry – the moment projects became too big and complex for a single person to deliver, some kind of planning methodology was always going to be needed to control and manage deliverables.
Today, there is a plethora of formal methodologies helping decision-makers and their teams to coordinate what the customer wants and the most reliable way to deliver those solutions.
This piece of collaborative research undertaken by IT Decisions through the IT Decisions Research Network explores how changes in software development that have taken place over the years affects teams on the ground in Brazil – the teams really delivering for customers.
